A newly designed circuit board becomes PCBA after SMT, wave soldering or manual soldering, which is the first step of the Long March. However, from the PCBA to the finalized delivery to the factory for mass production, there is a series of tests and verifications that need to go through. Many young electronic engineers are unclear about the PCBA and electronic product system debugging steps and the specific requirements of each stage, which often leads to low development and debugging efficiency, and even damages the circuit board to be tested. What is more terrible is to transfer the design with functional or performance defects to the mass production stage, causing huge losses to the company. Based on many years of hands-on practice, the author summarized nine steps from answering PCBA to product finalization, and completed the research and development of many electronic products efficiently.
