2. Quality management in production and processing
Production and processing quality management includes the following points.
(1) The quality department cooperates with the procurement department to conduct on-site investigations and certify the qualifications and production capacity of printed circuit board manufacturers to ensure the ability of manufacturers to complete production tasks.
(2) The designer reexamines the manufacturer's production drawings; The design of printed circuit boards is often unsuccessful and requires multiple revisions. The manufacturer has multiple versions of the processing drawings. It is necessary to reconfirm the final processing drawings and confirm that the processed printed circuit board meets the requirements of the final version.
(3) should focus on the important processes in the production of printed circuit boards. The quality has a great impact on the performance and reliability of the printed circuit board, and quality management must be strengthened. Supervise and review important process rules such as etching, metallization and other processes established by manufacturers to ensure that printed circuits and pads are free of burrs, gaps, bridge defects, and free of nodules and voids. "Lamination" of multilayer printed circuit boards should also focus on quality control to ensure the thickness, adhesive strength and positioning accuracy of printed circuit boards. High-frequency boards and microstrip boards usually require gold plating, and a professional gold-plating technical guide must be developed to ensure the thickness and purity of the plating layer.

3. Quality control at the inspection stage
The quality control work in the inspection stage is strictly in accordance with the inspection basis, using visual or professional tooling and instruments to monitor and measure the printed circuit board, and keep records.
